To support this ambition, we are looking for a Transformation Director, Partner to build new business together with IVALO’s executive leadership team, while helping our clients lead and navigate transformation.
Your role
- You will be responsible for building, developing, and scaling a new transformation leadership business
- You will work hands-on with clients based on your strengths (e.g. sparring, facilitation, transformation programs, executive and leadership work)
- You will be responsible for sales and the development of client relationships for the new business
- You will build the business in close collaboration with Ivalo’s broader service offering and actively seek synergies
We expect from you
- Strong, proven experience in transformation leadership in both domestic and international organizations
- Vision and enthusiasm for building a new, distinctive business – you bring a startup mindset, commercial thinking, and sales capability
- The ability to combine strategic thinking, deep human insight, and business impact
- Strong collaboration skills and a genuine desire to understand Ivalo’s full service offering and build it together with others
